A student becomes eligible for graduation when he/she has been admitted to and completed
the prescribed program with a scholastic average of at least 2.0.
At least 25% of the approved curriculum for a diploma or degree must be completed
at MCTC.
I met with my advisor and that I was informed of those courses, which I must satisfactorily
complete in order to fulfill the curriculum requirements for my degree, diploma, or
credential.
It is my responsibility to meet the above stated requirements before I graduate from
Maysville Community and Technical College.
I am considered a candidate for the credential(s) until the degree audit process is
complete.
The candidacy status does not necessarily indicate that my degree will be awarded;
it simply indicates that I have applied for the credential.
I will be notified by letter when credentials are ready for pickup from the Student
Records Office. The notification letter will be mailed to the mailing address as
it appears in the PeopleSoft Student Service Center.
If I do not meet the graduation requirements, I will need to reapply for graduation
once the requirements have been met.
