Graduation Application Confirmation

Congratulations! We have received your application for graduation.

You are considered a candidate for the credential (degree(s) and/or diploma(s)) until the degree audit process is complete at the end of the semester. The candidacy status does not necessarily indicate that the credential will be awarded.

There will be a commencement ceremony in May for students completing the credential requirements in summer, fall, and spring. Commencement information will be emailed to you in early April.

Your name will be printed on your credential exactly as it is listed in your Student Self-Service and your credential will be mailed to the address listed in your Student Self-Service as well. Please log in to your account to verify your information is correct. If needed, you can change your address in Self-Service. Name changes can be made by contacting the Student Records Office on any campus.

Once your credential has been awarded you will receive confirmation via email, which will also include information on when to expect to receive your printed credential. Alternatively, if your credential is denied you will be notified via email, and you must re-apply for graduation once you have met the requirements.
