Returning Students

WELCOME BACK!

Are you a former MCTC student? Here’s how to apply for readmission and restart your journey toward a better tomorrow.

How to Apply

Returning to MCTC is easy, no matter how long you’ve been gone. And we’re here for you, every step of the way. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit the Application for Admission. It’s free, and it only takes about 15 minutes to complete.

  2. Submit transcripts from any other college you’ve attended. Ask your college to send transcripts to our Office of Admission.

  3. Submit any updated ACT or SAT scores or the results of placement testing. *Starting Summer 2020 MCTC is permitted to place students in coursework based on their official high school GPA. MCTC will still accept and enter test scores from high school transcripts. Students may choose to take our free placement exams on campus if desired, please call to schedule. If you earned a GED and chose not to take the MCTC placement exams our advising staff will automatically place you in co-requisite general education classes.*

  4. Explore financial aid. Generous scholarships, grants and loans make a great education even more affordable. Here’s how.

Finally, congratulate yourself for taking the next step toward a great future!

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions or need help. We look forward to welcoming you back to the MCTC family!
