Karey Smith, Workforce Solutions Coordinator for MCTCs Licking Valley Campus,
stands next to the Recycled Art project now on display at LVC. Karey is a member of
the Cynthiana Arts Council, sponsor of the project. The pieces have been placed at
local schools and decorated with different recycled materials at each stop.
