The Maysville Institute of Culinary Arts is opening their doors on Tuesday, October
28th from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. to anyone interested in learning more about the culinary
program. This come-and-go open house will allow interested community members and potential
students the opportunity to meet the culinary team, tour the facility and sample foods
and pastries prepared by current students. The program is offered in the historic
Cox Building in downtown Maysville and features a student-run college bakery and caf.
Welcomed guests will also have the opportunity to learn more about the culinary degrees,
certificates, diplomas and stand-alone SERVSAFE certifications available. If you love
to cook and are considering a career in culinary arts, this is a great opportunity
to get a close-up glance of what the Maysville Institute of Culinary Arts has to offer,
stated culinary instructor, Chef Patrick Zemba.
