January 3	Tuition deadline. Payment arrangements must be made to avoid class cancellation. A $75 reinstatement fee is assessed for students who are cancelled and re-enrolled.

January 14	Last day to withdraw and receive 100% tuition refund. Last day to drop without a grade. Last day to add a class. Financial aid enrollment status certification date.

January 17	No show date-students must attend/participate by the close of business on this date.
January 22	Last day to enroll online in a payment plan with 25% down and three payments.

February 5	Last day to withdraw with a 50% tuition refund.
February 19	President's Day Holiday (college closed).
March 1	Last day to file an application for a Spring 2024 credential (certificate, diploma, degree) with the Registrar’s office. Registration begins for currently enrolled and new students for Summer and Fall 2024. Students should make an appointment with their academic advisor. Students must have completed the admission process. Scholarship priority deadline. FAFSA for 2024-2025 aid year opens.
March 4	Last day to enroll online in a payment plan with 50% down and two payments.
March 5	Midterm. Last day for students-at their discretion-to officially withdraw and receive a grade of ‘W’. Last day to change from credit to audit.

Students who are already registered are subject to cancellation if they have not enrolled in the payment plan by the cancellation date(s) on the academic calendar.

NOTE: All down payments are processed immediately and scheduled monthly payments are processed on the 20^th of each month.
