With 97 attendees, the event left a significant impact on MCTC’s Student Emergency Fund.

All funds raised throughout the evening will be used for need-based scholarships, emergency aid, nursing licensure exam fees, and student needs to assist them in completing their education.

“A heartfelt thank you to all our incredible sponsors, hostesses, and attendees for making Wine, Jewels and More such a wonderful success. A great time was had by all, and together we raised an amazing $12,770 for the MCTC Student Emergency Fund,” said Cara Clarke, executive director of the MCTC Foundation and event coordinator.

“Congratulations to Marla Toncray, the lucky winner of the stunning 1 ½ carat diamond donated by Traxel’s, and to all of the silent auction winners, including Evan Bothman, who took home the beautiful 2.53 carat blue sapphire donated by EAT Gallery. We are so grateful to everyone who made this evening memorable and meaningful,” Clarke said.
