A perfect pass rate indicates excellence, boosts program credibility, improves graduate employability, and supports accreditation efforts. Academic excellence and preparedness of students are reflected in the NBRC exam results.

“Achieving a 100 percent pass rate in our program has been a rare occurrence. While we have consistently maintained an 88-95 percent pass rate, reaching full success remains a significant challenge,” said Marlene Vice, RT program director. She noted the nationwide average passing rate for 2022-2024 stands at 78 percent.

Throughout the year, Vice spends a significant amount of time preparing students for the Therapist Multiple Choice (TMC) exam. By exposing them to practice questions, study guides, course reviews, mock exams, and several online resources, students can increase their chances of success.

“Achieving a 100 percent pass rate on the NBRC exam is an accomplishment that reflects the exceptional dedication of our students and the unwavering commitment of our RT faculty,” remarked Ginger Clarke-Gallagher, associate vice president of Health Sciences.

In addition, the standing of the RT program among peer institutions, the healthcare community, and prospective students will be elevated by this accomplishment.

“This achievement not only showcases the academic strength of our program but also reinforces our mission to prepare highly competent healthcare professionals. We couldn’t be prouder of this cohort, and all that can be achieved through excellence in education, mentorship, and student resilience,” Clarke-Gallagher continued.
