American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act Funds
The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 provides additional coronavirus relief to Higher Education which provided Maysville Community and Technical College (MCTC) funding to assist students in financial need. MCTC understands that you are facing many challenges while pursuing your academic goals during this global pandemic. We hope this funding provides you with some additional support during these challenging times. You may request funding for fall for up to $1,500! Awards will be determined by your current enrollment with MCTC and by financial need identified on your application.

Who can apply
The intent of the funding is to support you if you're experiencing a temporary financial hardship. The COVID-19 funds are limited and not intended to provide ongoing relief.
Based on Department of Education and MCTC requirements, applicants must:
- Be a currently enrolled MCTC student
- Be a credential-seeking student
Relief amounts will vary based on need and resources available. Don't worry, every request will be treated with the highest level of sensitivity and privacy.
You may complete the CARES ARP ACT- Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) Request Form and log-in with your student ID (for example: JDOE0001) and password.
We will review the application and you will be notified via email of approval. If approved, funds will be applied to your student account.
