LVC to Feature Local Talent in Community Art Show

Cynthiana, KY (January 8, 2012). The Licking Valley Campus of Maysville Community and Technical College is presenting an evening of art and music. The Big Art Show will be held on the LVC Campus in Cynthiana from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on March 9.

The artistic works of Cynthiana local, Herbert Allen Moore, will be featured accompanied by Cynthiana musician Ashley OBrien. Moore has been designated as LVCs Artist in Residence.

There is so much talent under our roof at LVC and in our community, said Lisa Harmon, MCTC coordinator of Continuing Education and Community Services at LVC. This art show will be a celebration of our home grown talent.

Enjoy a harmonic blend of art and music with the artistic creations of MCTC students, Kaylen Price and Steven Neal; MCTC faculty member, Ben Mansur; MCTC staff member, Kristy Cox; and community artists, Teryl Tribble and Jacob Espinoza.

Refreshments will be provided courtesy of the Literati student organization. There is no cost to attend.
