Are you interested in a career in culinary? Join Maysville Community and Technical Colleges Maysville Institute of Culinary Arts (MICA) to receive first-hand information about the Culinary program. This session will be held Thursday, February 17, from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. in the Maysville Institute of Culinary Arts building located at 22 East Third Street in downtown Maysville.
Program advisors will be available for questions about the program as well as information about financial aid. Those attending will have the opportunity to tour the facility, meet students currently enrolled in the program and will receive a token of appreciation to take home.
As an extra bonus to the evening, MCTC will be giving away a scholarship for a 2 credit hour culinary course. This scholarship will be for one of the two courses starting the week of March 7 and will be for in-state tuition. Fundamentals of Culinary Arts Profession will meet on Mondays beginning March 7 to May 2 andSanitation and Safety will meet on Wednesdays beginning March 9 to May 4.
The MCTC Culinary program offers three certificates and trains people to work in the food and restaurant industry. The evening will be a great opportunity to make culinary arts not just your passion, but also your career!
