The project will develop a curriculum and support services to accelerate the developmental education process for adult learners. A career coaching program will be created to assist adult learners in making informed decisions and preparing for future careers. A student performance monitoring system will be developed in order to track usage and outcomes of the various student support services. A systemic evaluation process will be developed and implemented in order for the developmental education program to measure short-term and long-term successes.
