GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS CAN START COLLEGE EARLY AND SAVE BIG
Maysville Community and Technical College (MCTC) is making college even more affordable this summer for graduating high school seniors.
The high school class of 2015 can enroll in classes and buy one, get one free with the High School Senior Summer Scholarship. The BOGO scholarship covers the cost of one summer class when a student pays for one, a savings of $441.
This scholarship makes college more affordable and allows students to take classes this summer close to home, no matter what their college plans are for August, said Cara Clarke, MCTC Scholarship Coordinator. Students can take face-to-face classes at any of our campuses or online that will transfer to the four-year college or university of their choice.
There is a limited number of scholarships available and students are encouraged to complete the online scholarship application as soon as possible. Students can find the scholarship application on the colleges website under Costs and Financial Aid.
Registration for summer classes is now open.
