Maysville Community and Technical College is launching a new semester of College Central Network (CCN), which is an internet-based job search tool for students and alumni of MCTC. College Central is unique because it is only open to our students and alumni, states Robert Boone, Director of the Career Development and Experiential Learning Center at MCTC. In addition to job postings, College Central has career-related resources to help students build a resume, practice interviewing techniques, and search for jobs, among other topics.

College Central is also beneficial to employers, who can post jobs free of charge. Weve had a lot of success in connecting our students and alumni to job openings in the area utilizing College Central Network, states Angie Potter, Coordinator of Career Services at MCTC. I would encourage any employer to register with this site.

Beginning in January, students and alumni may come to MCTCs new Center for Career Development and Experiential Learning located across from Fields Auditorium. Operating hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Students, alumni, and employers can visit or contact Angie Potter at 606-759-7141, ext. 66112 to receive assistance or to post a job.
