STUDENTS EARNING A CREDENTIAL

  • Maysville Community and Technical College (MCTC) has an annual graduation ceremony on three campuses in Maysville, Cynthiana, and Morehead.
  • This web page will be updated as specific details are established prior to your graduation.
  • All degree and diploma seeking students must complete the online Graduate Exit Survey to obtain the printable graduation application.
  • Students seeking a certificate must complete the Application for Certificate.
  • If you are denied a credential, you must reapply by submitting another application.
  • Students requesting a credential from MCTC must complete at least 25% of the courses with MCTC.

 

CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

For graduation requirements please refer to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System catalog or go to the KCTCS website.

FALL 2017 PROCEDURES FOR CERTIFICATE APPLICANTS

  1. Complete application for certificate.
  2. Take the application to your advisor to complete.
  3. Return these forms to your campus Student Records Office by  September 15, 2017.
  4. All applicants who fail to meet the requirements for certificate must reapply again once certificate requirements are completed.
  5. When certificates are printed, you will be notified by mail by the Student Record's Office.

 

FALL 2017 PROCEDURES FOR DEGREE/DIPLOMA APPLICANTS

  1. Click the link to complete the KCTCS Exit Survey on-line.
  2. After completion of the exit survey, you will need to print the Application for Graduation at the end.
  3. Take the application to your advisor to complete.
  4. Attach a check sheet to the application for graduation.
  5. Return these forms to your campus Student Records Office by September 15, 2017.
  6. All applicants who fail to meet the requirements for graduation must reapply again once program requirements are completed.
  7. When degrees/diplomas are printed, you will be notified by mail by the Student Record's Office.
